Terms of Service

Welcome to Dine Deals("we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the Dine Deals mobile app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What Dine Deals does — and does not do
- Dine Deals is a deals & coupons directory. We help you discover discounts and offers at participating restaurants and redeem them in‑store.
- We do not sell food, take orders, or process payments. Any order, booking, or payment is made directly with the restaurant. Dine Deals is not a party to that transaction and does not handle any money for meals.
- The restaurant is solely responsible for its food, pricing, service, availability, and for honoring its published deals.
2. Accounts
You may browse as a guest; some features require an account. Provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement under UAE law.
3. Coupons & deals
- Deals are provided by restaurants and are subject to the restaurant's own conditions (e.g. minimum spend, valid dates, eligible items, availability).
- To redeem, you generate a one‑time code/QR in the app and present it in‑store; the restaurant confirms it. Codes are single‑use and time‑limited.
- A deal may be limited in quantity or per customer, and a restaurant may change or withdraw it at any time. We do not guarantee that any particular deal will be available.
- Misusing codes (for example reusing, copying, selling, or sharing a single‑use code) is prohibited and may void the deal and your account.
4. Orders & payments are with the restaurant
All ordering and payment for food and service is made directly to the restaurant using the restaurant's accepted methods. Dine Deals does not process payments, take orders, or hold funds. Any refund, complaint, allergen or food‑safety issue, or dispute about an order, its price, or its quality is strictly between you and the restaurant.
5. Restaurants (vendors)
Restaurants that list on Dine Deals are responsible for the accuracy of their information and for honoring the deals they publish. Participation may require an active subscription. Contact details a restaurant chooses to share (phone/WhatsApp) are provided so you can reach them directly.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt fraud, disrupt the Service, access it without authorization, or use it in violation of any law or the rights of others.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, the Dine Deals name and logo, and its content are owned by Dine Deals or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them without permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that listings or deals are always accurate or available, that a restaurant will honor any deal, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any restaurant, its food, or its service.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dine Deals is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your dealings or transactions with a restaurant, from a deal not being honored, or from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.
10. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the UAE have jurisdiction.
