This Privacy Policy explains how Dine Deals("we", "us") handles your personal data in the Dine Deals mobile app and website ("Service"). We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

1. Data we collect

Account data: name and email address you provide when registering.
Location: approximate and precise device location, used to show restaurant deals near you. You can browse as a guest without an account.
Usage data: coupons you view and redeem, and basic in-app activity.
Device data: a push-notification token, so we can send you deal alerts.
Messages: messages you send to restaurants through the in-app chat.

2. Why we use your data

We use your data only to: provide and operate the Service; show deals near you; let you redeem coupons in-store; send notifications you have enabled; provide support; and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing

We share data only with: the restaurant whose coupon you redeem or chat with (to the extent needed to serve you); and service providers that host and operate the Service on our behalf (e.g. cloud hosting, push notifications, messaging). These providers process data only on our instructions. We may disclose data where required by UAE law.

4. Security & retention

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on secured servers. We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.

5. Your rights

Under UAE data protection law you may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent. You can delete your account and its data directly in the app (Profile → Delete Account), or contact us at the address below.

6. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the revised version here with a new effective date.
